Equipped with a high-resolution industrial camera, it provides 360° coverage with no blind spots, accurately capturing the dimensions of critical areas.

- The barrel thickness, height, the inner and outer diameter
Appearance Detection
Through high-speed image acquisition and intelligent algorithms, the following defects can be detected and removed:
- Deformation
- Flash
- Incomplete product
- Flow marks, scratches
- Black spots
- Uneven printing
- Incomplete ink printing
Assembly Inspection and Functional Testing
Except dimensional and appearance detections, a complete syringe must undergo assembly and packaging testing. Our visual detection system can be applied to the assembly process as well as the final product inspection after assembly is complete.
During the assembly stage, the inspection system can monitor the assembly of barrels, plungers, gaskets, needle parts in real-time 24/7 to ensure proper assembly and detect any missing parts or misalignments. This avoids human misjudgments, efficiently replacing traditional manual random inspection and significantly improving product yield rates.
