The DKM PET Preform Injection Molding Machine features an optimized injection unit and clamping system, ensuring uniform plasticization and stable molding of PET material even at high injection speeds. With high injection speed and high repeatability precision, it is the foundation for stable production with 144-cavity or even higher-cavity molds.

PET Bottle Preform Mould

PET Bottle Preform Mould is powered by SINOMOULD. SinoMould has 26 years PET preform mould manufacturing and developing experience, developed high-cavity preform molds utilize advanced hot runner technology and efficient cooling system design to minimize temperature variation between cavities, ensuring consistent preform weight and wall thickness. SinoMould has realized the standard production of preform mould with the cavities Nr. from 16 to 168. For the standard neck preform moulds, 48, 72, 96 cavities can delivered within 2 weeks, providing reliable support for mass production.

Preform Molding Auxiliary Machines

A complete preform molding system relies on efficient and stable auxiliary machines. They provide dry, clean raw materials, stable cooling, and power support for the injection molding machine, which is key to ensuring continuous and automated operation of the production line.

PET Preform Molding Automatic Drying & Feeding System

The automatic drying and feeding system continuously supplies fully dried PET material to the injection machine. As PET is highly sensitive to moisture, this system uses precise temperature control and dehumidification to ensure moisture content is minimized, fundamentally preventing issues like preform yellowing, bubbles, or strength reduction caused by damp raw materials.

PET Preform Molding Centralized Chilling Water Supply System

The centralized chilling water supply system provides stable, constant-temperature cooling water for multiple injection machines and molds. Through precise temperature control, it significantly shortens the preform molding cycle, improves production efficiency, and ensures uniform preform crystallinity and stable quality.

Centralized Clean Air Supplying System

The centralized clean air supplying system delivers stable, dry, oil-free, and constant-pressure compressed air for pneumatic components (such as robots and mold movements) throughout the workshop. Preform Molding Out-Mould Cooling System

The out-mold cooling system is responsible for removing the hot preforms from the mold and further cooling them to set their shape. This is crucial for high-cavity production, as it effectively frees up mold occupancy time, further increasing production capacity.

Out-Mould Preform Pick Up &.Cooling Robot

The DKM out-mold preform pick-up and cooling robot accurately extracts preforms from the mold and transfers them to the cooling conveyor or cooling station. Its movements are high-speed and smooth, and it can be integrated with a vision inspection system for preliminary screening of defective products.

Out-Mold Preform Pick Up &.Cooling Conveyor Belt

The cooling conveyor belt receives preforms from the robot and transports them at a uniform speed to the collection point. During transportation, the preforms cool naturally in a controlled environment, preventing deformation caused by rapid or uneven cooling.

Bottle Blow Molding System

The blow molding system transforms the molded preforms into the final desired bottle shapes through heating, stretching, and blowing processes. DKM blow molding machines are renowned for their high efficiency, low energy consumption, and excellent control over bottle wall thickness.
