The 38th China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition (CHINAPLAS 2026) will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Hongqiao), Shanghai, from April 21 to 24, 2026. Preform Line Injection Molding Machine: DKM-450PET III High-Speed Machine

DKM provides the 450PET III series high-speed machine for this preform line, with an injection speed of 200 mm/s and 20-30% energy savings for the whole machine.

Heating System
●Infrared heating bands (EXXSON brand): heating conversion rate up to 99.8%, 30-85% energy savings compared to conventional bands, more precise temperature control, uniform preform wall thickness, and reduced heat emission in the workshop.
Control System
●Standard electric accumulator enables simultaneous plasticizing during mold opening, significantly improving cycle time.
●Servo motor drive increases screw speed by 20-50%, better plasticizing efficiency with low energy consumption.
●Standard 15-inch KEBA PLD with the latest control software, to make the 11-second cycle a reality.
Oil Pump & Hydraulic System
●Upgraded oil pump provides higher flow, achieving 200 mm/s injection speed – fast filling, ideal for thin-wall preform rapid molding.
●Rexroth dual proportional valves for hydraulic control: response time <0.1 sec, fast injection response, precise positioning.
●Mold opening/closing position repeatability error ≤0.2 mm, ensuring stable preform removal by robot.
