Manually place blood collection tubes into a stainless steel hopper with dual feeding stations, which are precisely synchronized with the labeling conveyor chain. It ensures fast and accurate feeding, completely eliminating tube jamming and missing, and guaranteeing continuous line operation.
- Intelligent Linkage Labeling, Tight & Attractive Adhesion
When blood collection tubes are conveyed by the chain, the fiber optic sensor triggers the PLC and HMI to coordinate and control linkage labeling. After labeling, automatic label smoothing is performed to ensure the label is flat without bubbles or warping, achieving high adhesion.
- High Precision & Speed, Compatible with Multiple Specifications
With a labeling speed of up to 300 tubes per minute and a precision of ±1mm, it is suitable for two mainstream tube diameters (13mm, 16mm). It is compatible with labels of 10-60mm in length / 10-80mm in width, meeting diversified production needs.
