Cap Injection Molding Machine

The cornerstone of our system, DKM’s Cap Injection Molding Machines are built for speed, precision, and energy efficiency. Utilizing advanced servo-hydraulic or all-electric drives, these machines guarantee fast cycle times and exceptional repeatability for complex cap geometries. Cap Injection Mold

Cap Compression Molding Machine

Cap Compression Mold

Cap Folding Machine

To create tamper-evident bands (TE bands) or secure liners, precision folding is essential. DKM’s Cap Folding Machines integrate seamlessly into the production line downstream of the molding process. These automated units accurately fold and crimp the cap’s lower skirt, providing a reliable and consistent tamper-evident feature at high speeds, enhancing both product safety and aesthetics.

Cap Cutting Machine

For caps that require separate tamper-evident bands or specific trimming, DKM offers precise Cap Cutting Machines. This equipment cleanly and accurately cuts the connection bridges (flash) between the cap body and the tamper-evident band, or performs other necessary trimming operations. This ensures smooth functionality and a perfect final appearance without sharp edges, completing the cap’s manufacture ready for packaging.
